Im Vertriebsinnendienst bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und dem internen Vertriebsteam. Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Kunden sowie von unseren Account Managern, unterstützt bei technischen Fragestellungen, übernimmst die Auftragsabwicklung und begleitest gemeinsam mit dem Sales-Team laufende Kundenprojekte. Dazu gehören auch die regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie die Teilnahme an Meetings – digital oder vor Ort.
Darüber hinaus bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, dich perspektivisch im Vertrieb weiterzuentwickeln, z. B. in Richtung Junior Account Manager. Wenn du Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden, der Neukundengewinnung oder an Vertragsverhandlungen hast, begleiten wir dich mit einem strukturierten Onboarding, gezielten Schulungen und klar definierten Entwicklungsschritten.
